Great location right next to the central station. Very clean hotel, very modern. The breakfast is really good as well it’s great value for money. Only pity is that you cannot open the windows properly and that made the rooms feel stuffy.

100% recommended. Although it is just on the outside of the railway station, this modern hotel is so well isolated that sometimes you forget that you are in the very downtown. Modern, clean and well equipped facilities. Nice bed. A small armchair where you can take a seat and read. Comfortable and modern bathroom with rain-type + telephone type shower. Convenient and big lounge where you can work or have a drink from its bar. Very nice buffet breakfast. The customers are mostly young, middle-aged people, from different nationalities, polite and well behaved. But the best it is the staff. Apart German and English, they speak Spanish and I think I heard some of them speaking Italian and French. They made me feel welcoming and made the stay nicer.I felt they did their best to have everything ready for the customers.

Great hotel, room was clean and tidy , same was bathroom. Hotel service was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast- what I can say just wow 👌 Thank you so much and we will come back again.

Location is right at the Essen main station. Easy access to the one side of the city. Rooms are great. Some rooms have a bathtub, and some have only showers. They have family rooms and double for singles and for a family of 4 with small kids. Bar is great, and the breakfast is amazing. Great budget hotel with high-quality service. The 1st cup, coffee shop, belongs to the hotel absolutely amazing service staff, Mr Saka, full of passions and the coffee is great 👍 👌 😀. Great place to stay 😀

Rooms are big enough and clean. Prices are relatively reasonable. Breakfast wasn’t great but had everything from standard breakfast items. It is surprisingly quite inside the room inspite the location, right next to Essen Main station. A budget option for a stay of 1-2 nights.

I never recommed thjs hotel for long stay. If you have one night stay you can book . There is no room service . There is no phone . There is no spoon . There is no water bottle . All you have to do your own . With this price i can book good hotel with room service or with phone or with atleast complementary water . For everything you have go down and ask . Really worst experience . I dont know for what they charge this much money. Only two person is working for everything . For booking , for bar , for restaurant everything was done by two person only . I appreciate there calmness and work. But this hotel rules and regulation are worst. Never recommend for family , couples or any business profession for long stay . After coming in hotel you will why this price is less and after that you will know that with this price i can get any better hotel with basic service .

Had a great experience. Clean rooms with all the amenities. Friendly and helpful stsff. Great breakfast. Highly recommend it , particularly for the location and convenience. Will stay again.
